773.13 TRANSPORTATION.

If the provider intends to transport children from the child day-care home, by vehicle or otherwise, the provider shall inform the parents and/or guardians of such children and shall obtain their written consent prior to transportation of the child or children. In such event, the provider shall, at the time that notice is provided pursuant to the preceding sentence, also provide the parents or legal guardians with proof of insurance, license, and registration with respect to the provider and/or the vehicle to be used in connection with such transportation.
