151.13 CHANGE FUND.

   (a)   There is hereby created and established a change fund out of the general fund of the City in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for use at the Elmwood Park Pool Front Desk.

   (b)   Such change fund shall be maintained at the Elmwood Park Pool Front Desk and the Finance Director is authorized to replenish such fund upon request and to account for transfers into and expenditures out of such fund.
