151.12 COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT CHANGE FUND.

   (a)   There is hereby created and established a change fund out of the general fund of the City in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00) for use at the Community Services Department.

   (b)   Such change fund shall be maintained at the Community Services Department and the Finance Director is authorized to replenish such fund upon request and to account for transfers into and expenditures out of such fund.
