1321.14 EXEMPTIONS.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any owner of a dwelling personally performing work upon the premises occupied by the owner thereof, as such owner’s established personal residence. Such owner shall supply proof of established personal residency, if requested by the Building Official. Any and all work performed shall comply with the rules, regulations, codes and ordinances of the State of Ohio and City of Independence. (Ord. 2018-77. Passed 7- 10-18.)
