1321.11 WORKERS’ COMPENSATION INSURANCE.
   (a)   The contractor shall, at his sole expense, take out and maintain, during his registration with the City, Workers’ Compensation insurance for all of his employees employed at the work site and, in case any work is sublet, the contractor shall require the subcontractor similarly to provide Workers’ Compensation insurance for all of the latter’s employees, unless such employees are covered by the protection afforded by the contractor.
   (b)   Such insurance shall be evidenced by a certificate from the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation of Ohio that the contractor has complied with each and every condition of the Act of February 26, 1913, as amended and supplemented, known as the Workers’ Compensation Law. The contractor shall save the City harmless from any and all liability arising from or under the Workers’ Compensation Law.
