1321.10 INSURANCE.

   Each contractor applying for registration shall furnish evidence of insurance for bodily injury in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000) for each occurrence, subject to an aggregate limit of one million dollars ($1,000,000), and for property damage in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for each occurrence, subject to an aggregate limit of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).
