1321.07 VIOLATIONS; ORDERS TO CORRECT; CORRECTION BY CITY.

Any contractor holding a registration issued under this chapter who violates any of the laws of the State, the ordinances of the City or any rule or regulation prescribed by law or ordinance shall, upon notice from the Building Commissioner, correct the work. If the work is not corrected within a reasonable time after such notice is given, the City may cause such work to be corrected and collect the cost thereof from the registrant or upon his bond.
