1379.03 EXCEPTIONS TO CHAPTER.

Any structure containing 2,000 square feet of floor space or less, which is built in accordance with these Codified Ordinances and which is set apart fifty feet or more from any other structure or property line, and all one, two and three-family dwellings, shall be exempt from this chapter. (Ord. 1985-1. Passed 2-12-85.)
