1379.02 INSTALLATION ON PRIVATE PROPERTY REQUIRED.
   Any structure, a part of which is 275 feet or more from an existing fire hydrant in a street or public or private right of way, shall be serviced from fire hydrants installed in conformity with this section.
   (a)   The water line from the water main and the hydrant shall be not less than six inches in diameter.
   (b)   Hydrants, fittings and nipples and other parts contained therein shall be in conformity with Cleveland Fire and Water Department standards.
   (c)   Installation of the water lines and hydrants shall be under the supervision and inspection of the Fire Chief and the City Engineer.
   (d)   Plans for the installation of fire hydrants shall be submitted to the Fire Chief and the City Engineer for approval before a building permit shall be issued.
