1371.03 SAFETY GLAZING MATERIALS REQUIRED.

   No person shall knowingly sell, fabricate, assemble, glaze, install or consent to, or cause the installation of, glazing materials other than safety glazing materials in, or for use in, any hazardous location in the City, except that no liability hereunder shall be created for workmen who are employees of a contractor, subcontractor or other employer responsible for compliance with such sections, or for a homeowner or occupant who replaces glazing materials in hazardous locations in the home which he occupies, with other than safety glazing material.
