1367.08 IMPROPER DISCHARGE PROHIBITED.

No person shall discharge, or permit or cause to be discharged, sewage, the overflow, drainage or contents of a waste water treatment plant onto the surface of the ground, or into any street, road, alley, storm sewer, drainage ditch or watercourse creek except in a manner provided by the Department of Health of the State. (Ord. 1969-44. Passed 7-8-69. )
