1367.07 PROHIBITION AGAINST FAULTY OPERATION.

No person, being the owner of land upon which there is a waste water treatment plant in connection with the use of the property under the provisions of this chapter, shall maintain or continue the operation of a plant which is not operating in accordance with the standards established by the Department of Health of the State and adopted by this chapter.
