1361.04 LICENSE REQUIRED; INSPECTION.

All outdoor swimming pools, both permanent and temporary, shall be licensed and subject to inspection by the Inspector of Buildings. An annual license fee shall be charged in accordance with the following schedule:

(a) A pool used in conjunction with a commercial establishment	$ 50.00
(b) A pool used in conjunction with a single-family residence:
A pool of permanent nature	No fee.
A pool of temporary nature	No fee.
