1361.03 FENCE REQUIREMENT FOR POOLS OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION.

No outdoor swimming pool of temporary construction shall be maintained on private property in the Municipality unless a fence at least four feet in height and approved by the Inspector of Buildings as to strength is erected around it at all times while it is filled. The fence shall have a gate that shall be kept securely locked during the time the pool is not in use by the owner or anyone using it with his permission. (Ord. 1971-23. Passed 5-11-71.)
