1353.03 REMUNERATION FOR INSPECTION; COMPLIANCE.

Any person submitting such plans, profiles, specifications and details shall pay to the Finance Director the cost of such approval by the Municipal Engineer before the Mayor and Council of the Municipality approves such work for construction together with a sum of money, determined by the Mayor and Council, as adequate to pay for the employment of an Inspector, appointed by the Mayor and approved by Council, who shall be on the work at all times during construction to see that the plans, profiles, specifications and details are fully complied with during the construction.
