1353.02 STORM OR DRAINAGE SEWER.

   From and after the date of passage of this Ordinance 1548, passed May 23, 1951, no building permit shall be issued on any proposed street in a subdivision or development of land until a storm or drainage sewer has been constructed in accordance with plans, profiles, specifications and details which have been first approved by the Municipal Engineer, the Mayor and Council.
