1349.03 INSPECTION; REFUND.
On the completion of the work for which such permit was issued and deposit made, the applicant shall notify the Inspector of Buildings to make an inspection for the purpose of determining what refund, if any, should be made from the deposit. The Inspector shall require all earth, debris or building material to be removed from the pavement, sidewalk or tree lawn, and the Inspector may cause such earth, debris or material to be removed at the expense of the applicant unless the applicant promptly performs such work. After charges for all such work by the Municipality and the costs of inspection have been deducted from the deposit, the balance shall be refunded to the owner.
