1336.01 CODE ADOPTED; INTENT AND PURPOSE.

   Pursuant to the provisions of Ohio Administrative Code 4101:2-51, the Ohio Plumbing Code as updated, amended and/or revised, is hereby adopted by the City and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. The purpose of the Ohio Plumbing Code, as adopted herein, is to set standards for plumbing in all buildings and structures constructed within the City consistent with Ohio law.
