1309.02 QUALIFICATIONS.

(a) The architect-board member of the Architectural Board of Review shall be a registered architect authorized to practice architecture under the laws of the State and shall have been actively engaged in the general practice of architecture in the State for a period of not less than five years prior to his appointment to the Board.

(b) No member of the Board shall participate in the review of any work in which he, or any partner or professional associate, is the author, or in which he or they have any direct or indirect financial interest. (Ord. 1835. Passed 7-31-56.)
