1303.08 ELECTRICAL WIRING FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION.

All plans presented to the City after October 1, 1992, for new commercial and industrial construction shall provide for all underground wiring between such new construction and the utility right of way. As used in this section, wiring includes electrical, telephone, cable television or any wiring providing public utility service to such new construction.
