1181.07 SEPARATE OR COMBINED USE OF FACILITIES.
   A building containing one use shall provide the off-street parking spaces as required for the specific use. A building or group of buildings containing two or more uses, operating normally during the same hours, and which have different off-street parking requirements, shall provide spaces for not less than the sum of the spaces required for each use; provided, however, where the two or more uses do not operate normally during the same hours and there is a combined use of facilities, building or area, there shall be a contract between the parties so operating the two or more uses, covering a period of time as may be required by the Planning Commission, and providing for the use of the parking area; provided further that, should either of the combined uses be changed or discontinued, then the required spaces for the use remaining shall be provided as a condition-precedent to the continued use of such remaining building, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
