1113.05 SANITARY FACILITIES.

   When trunk sewers and sewage treatment facilities are available, sanitary sewers shall be designed in accordance with the Master Sewer Plan of the City, and constructed by the developer of each proposed subdivision or development; a house connection shall be provided for each lot. The sanitary system shall be designed and constructed in accordance with such regulations and standards as may be established by the Engineer. In the absence of sanitary sewers and treatment facilities, septic tanks, filter beds and satisfactory drainage of effluent shall be provided for as required by the County Board of Health and the City Building Commissioner.
