957.99 PENALTY.

   (a)    Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a first offense and not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each subsequent offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (b)    The application of the penalty provided in subsection (a) hereof shall not preclude enforcement of the provisions of this chapter by injunction or any other appropriate remedy in any court of competent jurisdiction.
