957.01 PROHIBITED ACTS.

   In park and recreation areas within the City, either presently established or for which State or Federal implementing activities have occurred, no person shall do any of the following acts:

   (a)    Burn or cause to be burned any cover, undergrowth or vegetation;

   (b)    Cut, destroy or cause to be cut or destroyed any existing timber or trees;

   (c)    Dump, store, pile or cause to be dumped, stored or piled any refuse of any nature;

   (d)    String or cause to be strung any overhead electric transmission lines or towers therefor;

   (e)    Erect or cause to be erected any radio receiving and transmitting masts and towers; or

   (f)    Commit any other like act in such park and recreation areas that is offensive, noxious or unsightly or that detracts from or destroys the safety, health, aesthetic and scenic characteristics of such areas to the detriment of the general public. (Ord. 1973-70. Passed 9-25-73.)
