955.01 USE OF PARKS OR STREETS; PERMIT REQUIRED.
Before a person, firm or corporation may use any portion of a dedicated street, park area or other City-owned property for commercial entertainment, demonstration or other purpose, permission must first be obtained from the Mayor. Before such permission is granted, a cash or surety bond must be deposited with the Finance Director in an amount fixed by the Mayor covering any expense, damage or liability of the City resulting from such use of City-owned property. The permit shall be for a specific time and period and at the end of such period all vehicles and other equipment must be removed from the premises and the street or other City-owned property left in as good a condition as it was prior to such use.
