910.03 TERM OF OFFICE.

The term of two of the members appointed to the first Commission shall be for two years and the term of two members of the first Commission shall be for four years. Successors to those members appointed shall thereafter be appointed to similar terms as those exiting the Commission. The term of the Council representative shall be two years. In the event that a vacancy shall occur during the term of any member, his successor shall be appointed for the unexpired portion of the term.
