910.01 CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF A TREE COMMISSION.

There is hereby created and established a Tree Commission for the City, which shall consist of six regular members, comprised of the City Planner as an ad hoc, non-voting member, a member of Council, and four citizens and residents of this City, two appointed by the Mayor and two appointed by Council. The Mayor or his representative shall also be a member. In addition, the Commission shall have the right to request Council or the Mayor, with respect to capacities and limitations, to call in consultants as it sees fit.
