909.05 GRASS LAWNS REQUIRED.

   Every owner of a lot or parcel of land with an inhabitable structure thereon shall plant grass seed or otherwise provide for a full and complete grass covering of all lawn areas of such property. For new structures, provision for a grass lawn shall be made within one year of the receipt of an occupancy permit from the City. (Ord. 1972-101. Passed 1-23-73.)
