907.01 INSPECTION; FEE.

   All permits for the laying or constructing of pavements, sewers, water lines, gas lines, sidewalks, electric conduits, ditches, gutters, sign posts and any wire or guy posts or telephone posts, shall be conditioned upon an inspection, during the process of completion of any such laying or opening of the aforesaid, by an inspector appointed by the Mayor, and the City shall be reimbursed for such inspection charge and for other expenses incurred at the rate of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per hour for every hour of inspection by the person to whom such permit is conditionally issued.
