905.02 POLICY TO INSTALL SIDEWALKS ON BOTH SIDES OF A CITY STREET OR ROADWAY FOR MAJOR ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.

Council orders as a general policy, and when not otherwise addressed in the City’s Codified Ordinances regarding subdivisions, that sidewalks on both sides of any City street or roadway shall be installed during major road improvement projects unless it is determined by the City Engineer that installation of one or both of said sidewalks would not be practicable or feasible. (Ord. 2000-33. Passed 5-9-00.)
