903.03 FEE FOR CULVERT INSTALLATION.

Every person making an installation of a driveway culvert pipe shall pay to the Municipality a fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) to defray the expense of inspection and approval. (Ord. 1960-40. Passed 11-10-60.)
