903.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; REGULATIONS.

   Before installing any driveway culvert along a roadside ditch within the dedicated portion of any public street within the Municipality, the owner of the abutting property shall first obtain written permission from the Service Director to make such installation. The length, diameter and type of material of such culvert, the depth and level of such culvert shall first be approved by the Municipal Engineer, and the installation of such culvert shall be subject to the approval and inspection of the Service Director.

   Every culvert pipe hereinafter installed in a public street in the Municipality shall be at least sixteen feet in length, at least twelve inches in diameter and the flow line of such culvert pipe shall be at least one foot, four inches in depth below the edge of the pavement of the street.
