901.06 OBSTRUCTION OF DRIVEWAY.

   No contractor or other person doing work in any of the streets of the Municipality shall close or in any manner disturb the property in the streets of the Municipality in front of any driveway or in any manner excavate or disturb any street in such a manner as to make inaccessible the right of ingress and egress over and upon the driveway to and from such adjoining property for more than eight hours without obtaining written permission from the Inspector of Buildings.
