901.04 BARRICADES; LIGHTS; INSURANCE.

   Whatever guards, warning devices and lights around such work as may be required by the Chief of Police or Service Director shall be maintained by the applicant, and the applicant shall be required to satisfy the Service Director that he carries insurance covering Municipal liability in satisfactory amounts and forms.
