901.03 COMPLETION BY MUNICIPALITY; REFUND.

   If the temporary or permanent pavement is not made as required by the Service Director, or if any of the work is not satisfactorily completed, the same may be performed by the Municipality and paid for from the deposit provided for in this chapter. If such deposit is insufficient to cover all of the costs of the Municipality, the balance shall be collected from the permittee. Whatever portion of such deposit is not used by the Municipality for such purpose or for the expense of the Municipality for supervision, inspection and police protection shall be refunded to the permittee.
