771.06 REVOCATION OF LICENSE .

The Inspector of Buildings may revoke the license of any operator of a retail dry cleaning establishment, or may refuse to renew such license for the failure to comply in every respect with all provisions of this chapter or other ordinances of the City, laws of the State or regulations promulgated pursuant hereto.
