771.02 HOURS; ATTENDANT REQUIRED.

No retail dry cleaning establishment shall be open for customers later than 11:00 p.m. No retail dry cleaning establishment, whether automatic or coin operated, or otherwise, shall be operated without an attendant on duty at all times that the store is open.
