771.01 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE .

   No person shall use any premises for or operate a retail dry cleaning establishment unless a license has first been obtained from the Inspector of Buildings. No such license shall be issued until the applicant therefor has submitted detailed plans indicating the layout of installation of equipment and appurtenances, until the ten dollar ($10.00) fee for such license has been paid, and unless the plans comply with all applicable provisions of the Building Code and of the State, the requirements of this chapter and any regulations promulgated by the Inspector pursuant thereto.

   Such license shall be renewed on or before January 1 of each year according to the provisions of Ohio R. C. 3739.07.
