761.03 CONDUCT OF BUSINESS IN STREET.
No person shall use or convert any part of a public street or land dedicated to public use for the operation of a business except from a vehicle temporarily stopped on the street, but no vehicle shall be stopped on a public street for the purpose of displaying or selling merchandise or conducting business so as to impede or block moving traffic on such street, or for a period longer than ten minutes at any place, or where stopping is prohibited.
