741.01 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, a "taxicab" shall include any motor-driven vehicle engaged in the business of carrying passengers for hire or fare, or offered for hire or fare to the public for transportation within the Municipality, except motor buses operated on regular schedules and regularly established routes, and except motor vehicles used exclusively for service at weddings, funerals or ambulance work.
