731.03 BOND.

   Before the issuance of such a permit, the applicant shall post a bond in an amount to be determined by Council, not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000), in favor of the Municipality, conditioned upon the performance of the removal in accordance with this chapter and the terms of such permit, signed by the applicant and a good and satisfactory corporate surety.
