731.02 PERMIT FEE.

   The Inspector of Buildings shall charge for such permit an amount equal to five dollars ($5.00) for each acre foot of soil or material to be removed in order to defray the expense of the issuance of the permit and of inspections of the premises. The Inspector may issue such permit by and with the consent of Council if he finds that all of the conditions of this chapter will be, or have been, complied with, and if he finds that no nuisance or hazard to person or property will be created by such operation.
