721.06 LOUD SPEAKERS PROHIBITED; SANITATION REQUIREMENTS.

   No loud speaker or amplifying device shall be used on any picnic ground that will be heard beyond the confines of the property upon which such picnic ground is located. No license shall be issued for a picnic ground or a permit for the holding of a picnic or outing unless proper and adequate sanitary facilities are provided therefor. All dumping of foods, paper, garbage, tin cans or other refuse upon such picnic grounds or upon adjacent properties is hereby prohibited, and all such foods and refuse shall be removed from the premises within twenty-four hours after any picnic or outing in order to prevent the accumulation and attraction of rodents in the area and the creation of a nuisance.
