721.05 HOURS; ATTENDANCE .

No permit shall be issued for a picnic or outing except between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on a certain day, and no picnics or outings shall be permitted except between such hours. No picnic or outing shall be permitted at which the attendance is more than 500 persons. (Ord. 1957-11, Passed 3-12-57,)
