721.03 PICNIC PERMIT; FEE.

   For each picnic or outing to be held in the Municipality, the owner, lessee or operator of the picnic ground involved, or the person, persons, group or groups or organization intending to hold such picnic or outing, if no picnic ground is involved shall, not less than three days prior to the holding of such picnic, obtain a permit for such picnic from the Mayor, the fee for which shall be ten dollars ($10.00) payable in advance. Prior to issuing such permit, the Mayor shall be advised of the name, nature, type and address of the person, group or organization intending to hold such picnic or outing, the date and time the picnic or outing is to be held and the approximate number of persons expected to attend.
