721.01 DEFINITIONS.

   (a)    "Picnic" or "outing" as used herein means any gathering of people in numbers in excess of fifty who are to gather or have gathered together for the purpose of eating, drinking, playing games or sports outdoors, whether such people gather as individuals or as members, guests or friends of a group or organization or both.

   (b)    "Picnic ground" as used herein means any place out of doors with or without buildings pertaining thereto at which picnics are held for the use of which a charge is made, or the owner, lessee or operator sells food, refreshments or entertainment in connection with such picnic or outing.
