   711.99 PENALTY.
   (a)    Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00).
   (b)    In addition to the penalty provided in subsection (a) hereof, the Chief of Police may revoke any license issued by him pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
