711.03 HOURS.

All persons selling or offering for sale, bartering, exchanging or soliciting from door to door, without appointment, the purchase or gift of any goods, wares, merchandise or other articles of value or money within the Municipality, shall do so between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
