674.04 HUMANE TRAPS.

   In order to assist in carrying out his duties, the Animal Control Officer is authorized to use humane traps for the capture of animals and to make humane traps available to private individuals, on a temporary basis, if the individual has first filed a nuisance complaint concerning a problem with an animal's activities on the individual's property.
