672.16 DIRKS, BLACKJACKS, STUN GUNS AND OTHER WEAPONS.

(a) No person shall carry on or about his or her person any dirk (small knife), machete, blackjack, billy club, brass knuckles, nunchuks, stun gun or any like instrument, whether concealed or not.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
